Welcome to Week 1. This week you will log onto the Merlin app for the first time and learn how to set up your settings and do your first exercise.

In week 1, we encourage you to log in and navigate your way around Merlin. To help you on your way, you may consult the video guides on this page or simply dive in and get to know Melrin.
We will send you a mail with a link where you can give us feedback on your thoughts and suggestions, if any, for improvement.
ACTIVITY 1 - FIRST LOOK
This week we will introduce you to Merlin and we ask you to do a tour of the App. You may consult the online support documentation or jump in and try out Merlin for yourself.
We want you to familiarise yourself with the settings, the options, and the ease of use for working out with your Personal Trainer and getting Realtime Feedback.
Later, we will ask you to fill in a form to give your feedback on the App, its ease of use, experience, design, and functionality.
Log in to the Merlin App and navigate your way around the app for the first time. Feel free to consult the guides on this website first or simply dive straight in.
ACTIVITY 2 - SQUAT CHALLENGE
The second activity for the week is to try the Squat Challenge. We would like you to log in, select squats, choose the number of reps, and the number of sets, and do squats on at least three occasions. You will get feedback on accuracy.
Later we will ask you to evaluate your experience doing a Merlin exercise via an online survey.

We want you to familiarise yourself with the settings, the options, and the ease of use for working out with your Personal Trainer and getting Realtime Feedback.
Enter your email and password
Login to the Merlin App
Familiarise yourself with the site and visit all the areas
– Check out the exercise section and learn how to do an exercise
– Go to the circuits section
– Finally, go to the dashboard to see how you can analyze your stats.
– That’s it. You are done. You can log out or try an exercise for yourself.

Put in the email ID and the password and click the sign-in button here. You’ll be taken to the welcome screen (the activity screen) where Merlin welcomes you on board.
You can check out your last workout, today’s workout, or your weekly or monthly workout records.
In the heart rate section, you can see the minimum average, and maximum heartbeat if you’re connected to your smartwatch.
The same applies to calories in the workout duration session.
The third option is to look at your workout duration on the Merlin app. And you can do this by exercises and circuits.
And lastly, you can look at your rep count, and which goes across the exercises you performed and the circuits you’ve performed.
We can also look at our personal bests at the bottom of the screen. Clicking into that takes you through to your personal best for all the exercises you’ve performed according to the period you’re looking for.
